The newly-built, family-oriented Villa Lorena is located in a small tourist resort Zaton, near the historic towns of Zadar and Nin. The entire property is air-conditioned and in its 200 m2 we offer you four bedrooms, each with a smart TV and a private bathroom with walk-in shower cabins.
There are also shared rooms: a modern equipped kitchen, a dining room and a bright living room with smart TV, and a fireplace that offers the opportunity to enjoy in the colder months. The heated outdoor swimming pool surrounded by greenery, 28 m2, within the terrace equipped with barbecue, is a quiet corner for a pleasant vacation, socializing and relaxation.
For the young ones at the back of the property in the shade of a walnut tree is a children's playground with two swings, one with a basket, play house with a slide, teeter, and a trampoline. For those older, there is a game room equipped with the Sony PlayStation 4 PRO and Xbox One X consoles. In the same utility room on the front of the house there is a fitness area equipped with a treadmill, a Multi Gym device and an orbiter.
Villa's capacity is 8 persons for which you have four parking spaces within the facility. The surrounding area is perfect for cycling which you can use for free during your stay. It is also an excellent way to explore the surrounding sandy beaches with clear water, natural beauty and historical and cultural sights of this region.

This was the best booking I have done on booking.com! The house was fantastic: great size, very clean and everything you need is available, even bicycles for all eight of us! The pool area and garden are perfectly maintained. The pool was heated nice and warm. We spent hours in the pool. The best of Villa Lorena are the hosts - they surprised us with a full refrigerator filled with all we needed for two days, incl a large platter of salami and cheese and different types of bread. In addition, two bottles of wine and beer. We had a fantastic family vacation and we can definitely recommend Villa Lorena to anyone!

Extra jó felszereltség, (pl. a nyolcszemélyes házban nem 8 pohár volt, hanem 12, és csilingelő kristály borospoharak, nem a legolcsóbb gagyi és ez az összes konyhai eszközre igaz) patika tisztáság, nagyon kedves, de nem tolakodó háziasszony, aki hűtött sörökkel és borokkal, saját készítésű diólikőrrel fogadott. Mosógép, szárítógép, mosogatógép, kényelmes ágyak, megfelelően kemény ágybetéttel. A franciaágy nem osztott matracos, ami ritkaság és nagyon jó. A fürdőkben Biobatz minőségi tusfürdő, stb.

Die Betreuung durch Iva war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist super sauber. Das Anwesen sehr gepflegt. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine tolle Schinken - Käse Platte. Die tollen mit Smart TV ausgestatteten Doppelzimmer mit angeschlossenen Badezimmer waren sehr komfortabel. Alles voll klimatiersiert. Im Außenbereich ein tolles Pool mit schönem Barbecuebereich. Schön war auch deiGrundausstattung mit landesüblichen Lebensmitteln! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Die Villa ist ein Traum. Sie ist groß und geräumig und sieht live noch schöner als auf den Fotos aus. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man nur so brauchen könnte. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer mit allen Utensilien. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und sogar mit Lebensmittel und Getränken befüllt!! In der Garage stehen tolle Fahrräder, die man kostenlos nutzen kann. Wir sind damit überall hingefahren. Der Pool ist ebenso toll! Er ist beheizt. Zum wunderschönen Sandstrand hat man mit dem Rad etwa 5 Minuten. Ein Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei und ein Restaurant sind 1 Gehminute entfernt. Auch für die Kinder gab es alles, was das Herz begehrt. In Wirklichkeit braucht man nur Kleidung, Bikinis und Schuhe mitnehmen. Alles andere findet man dort. Und wenn man es nicht findet, sind die überaus lieben Gastgeber jederzeit erreichbar und bringen es einem. Wirklich alles PERFEKT!!

Alles top, die Villa ist ein Traum!! Und die Vermieterin ein absolutes Sonnenschein, sehr nett, hilfsbereit und fürsorglich!! Die Villa ist perfekt ausgestattet, war alles da von Handtüchern bis zum Duschgel :-)) haben sogar ein Proviant bekommen eine wunderbare Schinken-Käseplatte und die Küche war ebenfalls komplett ausgestattet, so was haben wir noch nie erlebt und waren sehr begeistert!! Sogar tolle Fahrräder mit Kindersitzen und Kinderfahrräder in zwei Größen wurde zur Verfügung gestellt!! Einfach wow 🤩 Vielen Dank noch mal für die perfekte Urlaubswoche liebe Iva 🤗

The house is surrounded by greenery, and the only noise is from crickets...tranquility and enjoying the whole time The host welcomed us with prosciutto and cheese, with bottles of red and white wine, as well as bottles of water, and juices for children. She even picked us up at the airport. Thanks for being at your disposal all the time.😃😍
